Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Texas Rangers Prediction
I’m on the Dodgers in this one. I get the case to be made for the Rangers at home, but the Dodgers have an option in Yamamoto who can go toe-to-toe with the Rangers and Jacob deGrom in this matchup. The Dodgers’ bats have been coming alive regardless of whether or not L.A. is at home or on the road, and I think the Dodgers do enough against deGrom an the Texas bullpen to get the win to kick off the series between the last two defending World Series champions. Give me the Dodgers here.
