St. Louis Cardinals vs Pittsburgh Pirates Prediction

I’ll stay with the Pirates. Skenes is on a roll as he kicks off his career. His last outing versus Milwaukee was perhaps his best yet, with 7.0 clean no-hit frames, 11 Ks and one walk in a victory. As for Lynn, he gave up 10 earned in 2.2 innings on July 6 versus the Nats, but bounced back for a win over the Cubs in his next outing.

On Monday the Pirates were only able to cash in a couple of times but it was enough to supplement a stellar pitching outing. Pittsburgh only used a couple of arms out of the pen (one inning each for Chapman and Bednar) so they’ll be fresh for Skenes’ start Tuesday.
