In the Saturday game two versus the Cubs, the Reds scored twice in the fourth and never looked back. Nick Lodolo went 6.0 innings in the start with four hits and two walks for one earned run.

Chicago Cubs vs Cincinnati Reds Prediction
I’ll lean toward the Reds here but I could probably go either way. Both starters have been a little shaky as of late. Abbott has given up nine earned runs in his last two starts over 12.0 combined innings. As for Brown, he’s coming off five earned in 5.0 innings during a loss to the Reds on June 2.
On Friday the Reds had a pretty modest evening at the plate with just five team hits and one walk. The pitching staff held things together quite well otherwise however, which helped Cincinnati get the win. I like the Reds to stay hot on Saturday.
