Baltimore Orioles vs Tampa Bay Rays Prediction
I’ll try the Orioles in this one. Burnes gave up three earned runs on seven hits and two walks in 6.0 innings versus the White Sox in a no-decision on May 24. In two of his last three starts however, Burnes has a combined zero earned on nine hits and three walks in 13.0 innings. He’s 2-0 in that pair.
On Monday the Orioles had a couple of big innings and a nice night from Austin Hays (two homers; three RBI) on offense. The pitching staff did the rest of the work and Baltimore only used two arms out of the pen. The O’s will be in good shape for Tuesday’s matchup if all goes well.
