St. Louis Cardinals vs Philadelphia Phillies Prediction

I’ll take a stab on the Cardinals here. Probably not touching it, though. Mikolas has been doing pretty well on the mound lately. Over his last three starts combined, Mikolas is 1-0 with seven earned runs on 12 hits and six walks in a total of 17.0 innings. He should be able to get St. Louis in a good spot if all goes well. As for Nola, he’s given up just four earned over his last 22.0 innings so he’ll be a tough one to score on.

In their last matchup Wednesday the Cardinals had a pretty good showing on both sides, but the bullpen did struggle (three earned in 3.0 innings). That said, St. Louis’ offense was great on 12 team hits. The Cards should have a shot Friday but the’ll need to get past Nola.
