Chicago Cubs Recap
The Chicago Cubs come into this one looking to build on their 6-3 win over the Brewers in Tuesday’s matchup, evening the set up at one win apiece. Michael Busch has 7 homers with 21 RBIs but also has the unfortunate distinction of leading the Cubs with 64 strikeouts as well this season. Chicago Cubs vs Milwaukee Brewers Prediction
I’m on the under here. Imanaga’s been lights out up to this point and not being used to this kind of workload at the major league level, having a turn in the rotation skipped may prove beneficial for his longevity this season. That being said, he’s still pitching extremely well this season and I think he can hold down the Brewers here. On the other side, I’m not a huge Bryse Wilson fan, but I think he can keep the Cubs in check, who only had one run in the 9 innings on Tuesday before breaking through in extras. I think this is a low-scoring battle, so give me the under here.
Chris’s Pick Under 7.5
