Boston Red Sox vs Baltimore Orioles Prediction
I’ll stay with the Orioles. Burnes has a few good starts under his belt lately. In his last trio combined Burnes is 1-0 with four earned runs on 19 hits and five walks in 18.0 innings. As for Crawford, he’s got one good start (5.2 innings; one earned) and two bad ones (10.1 combined innings; 10 earned; an 0-2 record) in his last trio.
On Tuesday the Orioles had a few big moments on offense but everything died down on the scoreboard after the first inning. Baltimore’s pitching was pretty sketchy across the board as well. It’s going to take a much better effort Wednesday in order to take the series.
