Yankees vs Blue Jays Prediction

New York comes into this series with one of the best records in the MLB and they are 8-2 on the road. The Yankees pitching staff has been outstanding through 16 games and their offense has been timely. Toronto dropped game one to Colorado in their last series, but they did win games two and three by multiple runs. The Blue Jays are going with Chris Bassitt, who allowed four earned runs in each of his first two starts, but only allowed one earned run to Seattle last time out. The Yankees are starting Luis Gil, who has allowed three earned runs over 9.0 innings pitched against Toronto and Arizona. The Yankees have looked very good to start this season, but I don’t trust Gil on the mound. I don’t love Bassitt for the Blue Jays, but I am taking Toronto at home.
