I’m on Arizona once again here. I knew Arizona was likely going to be the better team on opening day, but I honestly didn’t anticipate a 14-run 3rd inning. I don’t expect that to happen here, but I do think that Kelly gives the Diamondbacks a clear edge on the mound and as we saw on Thursday, the Diamondbacks are the better team at the plate as well. I’ll side with Arizona -1.5 here. The Rockies play the Cubs and Rays in a 3-game series after this, and the Diamondbacks will play 3 games against the Yankees.
