The Reds pitching staff is 24th in ERA (4.71), 23rd in WHIP (1.40) and 25th in quality starts (41). Randy’s Pick
This line makes no sense to me. Yes, the Mets are at home and probably have the pitching edge with Jose Quintana on the mound. However, the Mets have been underachievers all season, and they're not a team I'm eager to back in the favorite role. The Reds have not only won 5 of their last 6 games, but they need to keep winning to keep the Marlins off their back in the wild card race. It's hard to turn down the plus money here with a team that has something to play for still.
Randy’s Pick Cincinnati Reds +115
