Pick
Houston is coming off of a surprising series loss at home to Minnesota, but they will look to bounce back here. Los Angeles did get a series win against the lowly White Sox, but their bats have been very inconsistent lately. The Astros are starting Framber Valdez, who has allowed two earned runs or fewer in four of his last five starts. LA is starting Reid Detmers, who has allowed three earned runs or fewer in four straight starts. Valdez has pitched very well for the Astros this season and I like him to have another solid outing here. I like Houston to win this game by at least two runs.
