The Washington Nationals and Los Angeles Angels face off on Sunday in an interleague MLB showdown at Angel Stadium. In the first game of the series it was the Angels that won 3-0 but on Saturday it was Washington that secured the 7-3 victory. 

The Nationals have had some issues this season and they come into this game with a 10-19 record overall and before their win they had lost three games in a row. The Nationals overall this season are averaging 4.07 runs per game which is 17th in the league. The top player this season has been Josh Bell who has hit four home runs and driven in 20 RBIs. In this game, the Nationals need the offense to be good. 

On the other side of this matchup is hte Los Angeles Angels who sit with an 18-11 record overall and they had won two games in a row before losing on Saturday. After so much scoring against the Red Sox in the last series they have only scored six runs total in this series. Jared Walsh has been the top offensive player scoring five runs and driving in 19 RBIs.

Getting the start for the Nationals is Erick Fedde who sits with a 2-2 record and an ERA of 4.68. In his last start against the Rockies he went seven innings giving up six hits and one run.
