The Cleveland Guardians and Kansas City Royals face off on Sunday in an American League Central MLB showdown at Kauffman Stadium. It’s been the Royals that have won each of the first two games of the season.

The Kansas City Royals have scored only four runs total but have still been able to come away with each of the two wins. On Saturday the Royals only had six hits total but they didn’t score the first run until the 10th inning to secure the win. Andrew Benintendi has been the top player so far this season for the Royals having four hits and driving in one run.

On the other side of this matchup is the Cleveland Guardians who had a lot of question marks heading into the season with the offense and it looks like it could be a long season with that department. In the first two games the Guardians have scored only one run total and they need to find a way to get the offense going forward.
