The Houston Astros and Atlanta Braves face off on Sunday in Game 6 of the World Series .The Braves are one win away from winning the world Series.
The Braves won Game 1 of this series before the Astros bounce back in Game 2 with a 7-2 victory. In Game it was the Braves that got another good pitching performance winning 2-0. In Game 5 the Astros jumped out to a 2-0 lead, and it looked like it could be the game where the Astros tied the series. In the sixth and seventh inning the Braves scored a total of three runs and came away with the victory. Jorge Soler hit another key home run, and he has proven to be a key this series. Austin Riley and Dansby Swanson also drove in an RBI. Carlos Correa and Jose Altuve each drove in a run for the Astros.
Eddie Rosario has been the top hitter this postseason for the Braves hitting three home runs and driving in 11 RBI’s. For the most part it’s been a balanced offensive attack with five different players driving in six runs.
The Houston Astros have been led by Kyle Tucker who has hit four home runs and driving in 15 RBI’s. Jose Altuve has hit five home runs and driven in nine RBI’s. Yordan Alvarez has also hit two home runs and driven in nine RBI’s.
Framber Valdez is getting the start for the Astros and in his first start against the Braves, it was a bad one as he went two innings giving up eight hits and five runs.
