It’s not a full slate of games on Thursday, but it’s still a solid slate of baseball and there is plenty of value with MLB props. Let’s take a look at the best MLB props and MLB player props to make you some money.
Atlanta Braves over 4.5 runs (-120)
The Atlanta Braves bats are going to be hot in this game. On the mound for the Philadelphia Phillies is Kyle Gibson and he has really struggled as of late. In each of Gibson’s last four starts, he has given up at least three runs. In Gibson’s last start against the Pittsburgh Pirates, he went six innings giving up three hits and four runs.
Los Angeles Dodgers over 5.5 runs (-110)
For some reason, the San Diego Padres continue to send Vince Velasquez to the mound. In his last three appearances, he has gone eight innings total giving up nine runs. The Dodgers should have at least three runs by the time he leaves the game, and they will continue the offensive success against the bullpen.
Los Angeles Dodgers - Highest scoring game (+1100)
This isn’t one I would bet big on, but there is plenty of value with the +1100. With Velasquez on the mound, the Dodgers are going to have no issue running up the score in this game. This is a game where they could score 12 or 13 runs, and that should be enough for the highest-scoring game.
Alex Cobb under 4.5 strikeouts (-105)
Alex Cobb has been pitching well the second half of the season, but that hasn’t involved a ton of strikeouts. In Cobb’s last start he went 5.2 innings but only finished with four strikeouts. Cobb will finish with three or four strikeouts, and the under will cash.
