Kansas City Royals +120 Cleveland Indians -130 Total: 8.5

The Indians’ Cal Quantrill has gone at least six innings in each of his last five starts and has only allowed seven earned runs over that span. He is also 4-0 with a 2.27 ERA at home this season. The Royals rank near the bottom of the majors with a .235 average on the road this year. Take Cleveland.

Pick: Cleveland Indians -130

Chicago White Sox -160 Detroit Tigers +150 Total: 9

The White Sox have one of the better staffs in the league, as they rank fifth in the league in ERA. However, Dallas Keuchel has been a weak spot and has allowed eight runs in 10 innings against the Tigers this season. Take a shot on Detroit here.

Pick: Detroit Tigers +150

Pittsburgh Pirates +175 Cincinnati Reds -195 Total: 8

Tyler Mahle has a great season for the Reds but has not looked great when pitching at home. He has a 6.09 ERA and opponents are hitting .276 off him. The Pirates rank 10th in the majors with a .256 average over the last two weeks and have hit Mahle well this season. Take the Pirates.

Pick: Pittsburgh Pirates+175

Washington Nationals Miami Marlins Total: 7.5

We have a solid matchup on the mound with the Marlins’ Trevor Rogers and the Nationals’ Josh Rogers. The latter is coming off his best start of the year, a one hitter against these same Marlins last Wednesday. Expect a low-scoring affair here.

Pick: Under 7.5

Baltimore Orioles Philadelphia Phillies Total: 10

The Phillies have yet to announce a starter in this one, and their bullpen has struggled this season. The Oriole’s Chris Ellis has looked good in his last five starts, but he will face a Phillies lineup that has averaged over five runs per game the last two weeks with 20 home runs. Expect some scoring in this one with each team looking to keep pace.

Pick: Over 10

Texas Rangers +237 New York Yankees -265 Total: 8.5

The Yankees’ Jordan Montgomery has been a much better pitcher at home, with a 3.25 ERA and .228 OBA. The Rangers’ Dane Dunning will rejoin the starting rotation in this game but has not looked good in that role this year and he has a 6.65 ERA on the road. Look for the Yanks to get it done at home.

Pick: New York Yankees -265

New York Mets +134 Boston Red Sox -145 Total: 9

Marcus Stroman is 9-12 for the Mets this season despite a 2.88 ERA. The Mets are still struggling to score runs, and Stroman will have tough matchup against a Red Sox lineup that is hitting .278 with 6.2 runs per game over the last two weeks. Take the home team.

Pick: Boston Red Sox -145

Toronto Blue Jays +105 Tampa Bay Rays -115 Total: 8

Both the Blue Jays’ Alek Manoah and the Rays’ Drew Rasmussen have pitched well in this matchup, with just two earned runs allowed in 25.2 innings pitched. The Rays should have the edge at home, but this will be a tightly contested game. Runs will be hard to come by.

Pick: Under 8

Minnesota Twins +101 Chicago Cubs -111 Total: -

The Twins rank 29th with a .211 average over the last two weeks, scoring just over three runs per game. The Cubs’ Alec Mills has allowed a .293 average at home this season, so it will be a battle to see who can buck the trend. I like the Cubs here, simply because they have turned it around from the plate and rank 3rd in home runs over the last 30 days.

Pick: Chicago Cubs -111

St. Louis Cardinals Milwaukee Brewers Total: 7.5

Brandon Woodruff has been hit hard by the Cardinals, allowing seven runs in 12.2 innings with three homers. The Cardinals’ Jon Lester has given up two hum runs in each of his last two starts. Look for this one to eclipse the low total.

Pick: Over 7.5

Los Angeles Dodgers -196 Colorado Rockies +180Total: 10.5

The Dodgers’ Julio Urias has won his last four starts, allowing well under a hit per inning with just one run per game. LA has also started to pick it up from the plate, scoring over five runs per game with a .282 average over the last week. Take the Dodgers.

Pick: Los Angeles Dodgers -196

Houston Astros -210 Los Angeles Angels +190 Total: 8.5

The Angels are hitting just .223 over the last week and will have a tough matchup in the mound. Houston’s Jose Urquidy tossed 3.2 scoreless innings in a short start against them earlier this season, and has not allowed more than two runs in an appearance in his last five starts.

Pick: Houston Astros -210

Atlanta Braves Arizona Diamondbacks Total:

The Braves are averaging 2.8 runs per game over the last week, one of their rougher stretches of the season. They have yet to announce a starter for this one and have not gotten much production out of their ‘pen. The Diamondbacks have not been that impressive, but it seems like a nice spot to fade Atlanta.

Pick: Arizona Diamondbacks

Seattle Mariners Oakland Athletics Total: 8.5

Seattle has gotten the better of this series, and Marco Gonzalez has limited this A’s lineup to a .207 average this season. The A’s Paul Blackburn has allowed 10 runs in his last 11.1 innings pitched. Take the Mariners on the road.

Pick: Seattle Mariners

San Francisco Giants +115 San Diego Padres -125 Total: 7.5

Despite some great pitching matchups in this series, we have seen the over hit in four of the last five. They have made these pitchers work and are starting to get a feel for each other as the season drags on. The Giants are also averaging 6.8 runs per game over the last two weeks. Look for this one to go over the low total.

Pick: Over 7.5
