Friday is a loaded slate of MLB games and there are some MLB props that can make you money. Let’s take a look at the best MLB player props and MLB props to make this a winning one.
Atlanta Braves, San Francisco Giants under four runs - 1st five innings (-105)
Oracle Park isn’t a hitters ballpark, and runs are going to be hard to come by early in this game. Ian Anderson sits with an ERA of 3.61 and Logan Webb sits with an ERA of 2.80. I expect especially the Atlanta Braves to struggle to score, and the under four will cash in the first five innings.
Minnesota Twins over 3.5 runs (-125)
Hyun-jin Ryu gets the start for the Toronto Blue Jays and he is coming off a terrible start against the Baltimore Orioles where he went 2.1 innings giving up eight hits and seven runs. The Twins bats have been a little inconsistent, but four is a low number, and I don’t trust the way Ryu has been playing.
Tampa Bay Rays under 4.5 runs (+105)
The Tampa Bay Rays have the best offense in baseball, but their offense is going to struggle to score. Casey Mize is getting the start and his last start wasn’t a good one giving up three runs over two innings. Outside of that start though, he has been pitching well as of late. Mize currently sits with a 3.66 ERA.
Zack Wheeler over 6.5 strikeouts (-125)
This is the top prop bet of the day. Zack Wheeler over his last two starts has had 17 strikeouts and he is going to lock down a New York Mets offense that isn’t great. I expect Wheeler will finish with 9 or 10 strikeouts in this game.
