It’s a lighter slate of games across the MLB with only nine games taking place and there is plenty of value across the board in terms of MLB props. Let’s take a look at the best MLB props and MLB player props to make your Thursday a winning one.
Colorado Rockies over 3.5 runs (-120)
The Colorado Rockies have been playing better as of late winning three games in a row, and in two of those games, they scored five runs. Over Ian Anderson’s last two starts he has given up six runs total. The Rockies are going to score at least four runs, and I expect they will finish closer to six.
Paul Blackburn over 2.5 strikeouts (-115)
Paul Blackburn hasn’t found a lot of success in terms of giving up runs, but he has still had strikeouts in those games. In each of the last two starts, Blackburn has finished with three strikeouts. The Royals finished with 10 strikeouts on Wednesday, and Blackburn will finish with at least three in this game.
Los Angeles Angels, Chicago White Sox under 0.5 runs in the first inning (+105)
The White Sox and Angels failed to score on Wednesday in the first inning, and they will do the same in this game. Alex Cobb and Reynaldo Lopez have both been good this season, especially Lopez who sits with an ERA of 2.05.
