MLB Prop bets are a great way to bet and with Friday’s full slate there is plenty of value. Let’s take a look at the best MLB prop bets to make the start of your weekend a winning one.
New York Mets to score first and win (+100)
If you want to bet the New York Mets on Friday, this is the way to do it. Sean Nolin gets the start for the Washington Nationals and he has been awful this year sitting with an ERA of 6.57. The Mets should score their first run or two in the first inning, and they will cruise to the easy victory in this one.
New York Mets to score in the first inning (+175)
I wouldn’t bet this one as big as the Mets to score first and win, but they have such a good matchup for their bats. Nolin struggles early in games, and the Mets are going to get that first run in the first inning.
Chicago White Sox under 5.5 runs (+110)
The White Sox are a strong offensive team, but the +110 is too much value to pass up. Carlos Hernandez gets the start for the Kansas City Royals and he sits with a 3.62 ERA. The White Sox should score a few runs off the bullpen but they aren’t finishing with more than five total runs.
Boston Red Sox under 4.5 runs (+115)
The Boston Red Sox are one of the top offenses in baseball, but they have a very tough matchup in this game. Cal Quantrill gets the start for the Indians and he currently sits with an ERA of 2.93. Over Quantrill’s last two starts he has gone 14 innings total giving up only two runs. Look for the Red Sox to finish with three or four runs.
