It’s a lighter slate of games across the MLB on Thursday, but there is still plenty of value across the board in terms of MLB player props and game props. Let’s take a look at some props to make this a winning Thursday.
Francisco Lindor to have 2+ hits (+210)
Francisco Lindor has been quite the disappointment this season, but he is going to find success in this game. Kyle Hendricks has been pitching better as of late, but in two of the last three games he has given up at least seven hits. Look for Lindor to find success against Hendricks, and once the bullpen comes in, he will have another hit or two. Lindor should finish closer to three or four hits.
Jace Peterson to hit a home run (+500)
Jace Peterson is going to find a lot of success hitting at Coors Field. Jace Peterson has struggled this season, but anyone can hit the ball out at Coors Field. This is just a flyer, but Peterson is going to hit a home run and cash the +500.
Brandon Woodruff over 6.5 strikeouts (-104)
Brandon Woodruff is going to find success striking out Colorado Rockies on Thursday. In three of the last four games, Woodruff has finished with at least eight strikeouts, and he is going to have a big game again in this one. Look for Woodruff to finish with at least eight strikeouts, and to cash the over strikeout prop in this game.
Los Angeles Angels / Detroit Tigers two runs or more in the first inning (+200)
The Detroit Tigers are sending out Matt Manning to the mound to make his first major league start. Manning is going to have some nerves early, and the Los Angeles Angels are going to take advantage early in this game. Look for the Angels and Tigers to score two or more runs in the first inning in this game.
