It’s another full slate of games across the MLB and that means there is plenty of value across the board in terms of MLB player props. Let’s take a look at the best MLB player props across the board.
Chris Paddack over 5.5 strikeouts (-106)
Chris Paddack will get the start for the San Diego Padres and he is going to have no issue against a Milwaukee Brewers offense that isn’t great. In his last game against the Seattle Mariners, he had six strikeouts, and he is going to finish with at least that many of them in this game. Look for Paddack to lock down.
Mitch Garver over 0.5 hits (-120)
The Twins offense finally seems to be figuring it out, and against Jorge Lopez he is going to have no issue getting the job done. On the season, Jorge Lopez sits with a 1-5 record and an ERA of 6.00 which means there will be plenty of offense. Garver had two hits on Tuesday, and he will finish with at least on Wednesday afternoon.
Shohei Ohtani over 0.5 runs batted in (+136)
Shohei Ohtani is having a big year and he is coming off a game on Tuesday where he hit a home run. On the mound for the Rangers will be Dane Dunning who gave up six hits and four runs over five innings in his last start against the Angles. In this game, look for Ohtani to drive in at least one run. Ohtani to hit a home run at +575 also is worth throwing a few dollars on.
John Gant over 4.5 strikeouts (+130)
John Gant isn’t really a strikeout pitcher, but this is a good value play. Three starts ago against the New Mexico Mets, he went 4.1 innings but had five strikeouts. Even if the White Sox finds offensive success in this game, I still expect Gant to have success with his strikeouts. Back Gant to finish with at least five strikeouts.
