The Hanwha Eagles and Kiwoom Heroes face off in KBO baseball action on Thursday morning in the United States. There will be limited fans in attendance for this game.
The Hanwha Eagles have been terrible all season and coming into this game he sits with 30 wins, 76 losses, and two draws. Coming into this game the Hanwha Eagles have lost five of the last six games and the offense for the most part has been an issue, but in the last two games the offense has been better. Ju-suk Ha has been the best player for Hanwha Eagles hitting two home runs and driving in 29 RBI’s.
On the other side of this matchup is the Kiwoom Heroes who have found a whole lot of success this season. The Heroes currently sit with 65 wins, 47 losses, and one draw and coming into this game they have won two of their last four games. Ha-Seong Kim has been the best offensive player for this team hitting 24 home runs and 87 RBI’s. Jung-hoo Lee has also had a whole lot of success hitting 15 home runs and driving in 85 RBI’s.
Shi-hwan Jang will get the start for the Hanwha Eagles and coming into this game he sits with a 3-11 record and an ERA of 4.50. He hasn't been terrible, but he hasn't gotten a whole lot of run support yet this season.
Jake Bringham will get the start for the Kiwoom Heroes and coming into this game he sits with a 6-3 record and an ERA of 4.06.
These are two pitchers who have been similar this season but one pitcher has gotten run support and the other hasn’t. In this game I think Jang is going to get some run support. Back the Hanwha Eagles to come away with a victory.
