The Line: LG Twins -120 / NC Dinos +100 -- Over/Under: 8.5
The LG Twins and NC Dinos face off in their fourth game of the KBO baseball season early on Friday morning.
The LG Twins started off the season with a win, but they have lost two games and dating back to last season they have lost seven of the last ten games.
The offense put up eight runs in game one for the LG Twins, but the last two games the offense has struggled scoring only five runs total. In the last game the Twins pitching staff also really let them down giving up nine runs. Chan-heon Jung went only four innings for the Twins and he gave up seven hits and five runs. If the Twins want any chance to come away with a victory it’s going to come down to if the offense can find a way to get going.
The NC Dinos were disappointed with the way last season happened, but after that, they have to feel good about their start. The Dinos have won their first three games of the season and the pitching has been lights out.
After pitching a shutout in the first game, they have given up only five runs total over the last two games.
On offense, they are averaging six runs per game, and Jin-hyuk No has been the star hitting two balls out of the ballpark. Overall the Dinos have hit six home runs and they will try to lean on the long ball again in this game.
The LG Twins are expected to send Tyler Wilson to the mound, while Jae-Hak Lee will toe the rubber for the NC Dinos.
The weather is expected to be overcast, with a slight wind, but that shouldn’t play a big impact on this game.
The Dinos have one of the best rotations in the KBO, and that will be the difference in this game. Look for the Dinos to only give up a run or two and that will be the difference to come away with a victory. If you are looking for a play on the total, the under is a solid play too.
