DFS - NBA - FanDuel - Main Slate Lineup - 1/24/20
Friday, January 24th, 2019 at 7:00 PM
Let’s take a look at today’s FanDuel NBA “Main Slate” lineup that features 10 games and starts at 7:00pm!
Kicking off our lineup tonight, we’re going to go with a 2-man stack of Boston Celtics in Marcus Smart & Gordon Hayward in their road match-up against the Orlando Magic.
Boston will be without Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, and Enes Kanter tonight so despite the less than ideal match-up against an Orlando team that likes to move at a snail’s pace, you have to like the extra usage that Smart & Hayward will see tonight.
Detroit will be without both Andre Drummond & Bruce Brown tonight which makes Derrick Rose almost a must play in my opinion.
Rose has turned back the clock as of late and looks like that player that was once MVP of this league. Rose is averaging 39.1 FanDuel points over his last five games and as he has a good match-up agianst the Memphis Grizzlies tonight, I think Rose is could top 50+ FanDuel points tonight.
We have a 2-man stack of Phoenix Suns in both Ricky Rubio & Kelly Oubre in their match-up agianst the San Antonio Spurs.
Rubio is coming off one of his worst performances of the season against Indiana on Wednesday, however, the veteran PG has been outstanding this season and just has too much value with his price tag listed at just $5,700.
Oubre can sometimes get lost in the shuffle with Rubio, Booker, and Ayton however, Oubre has shown he can have a high ceiling with everyone on the court as he put up 59.5 FanDuel point performance against Charlotte about two weeks ago and as the Spurs have struggled against opposing SF’s, I like Oubre tonight.
Thaddeus Young should be a popular play tonight as the Bulls will be extremely thin in their front court with Otto Porter, Lauri Markkanen, Daniel Gafford, & Wendell Carter Jr. all listed as out. Young will get all the minutes he can handle tonight and shouldn’t have a problem hitting value.
Staying in this match-up, the Kings are also hurting in their front court with both Marvin Bagley & Richaun Holmes out with injury. Dewayne Dedmon hasn’t lived up to expectations this season, but as he should see another 30 or so minutes tonight, that is too much value to pass up on at a price of just $3,900.
Rounding out our team, with the value that we’re able to get tonight, we’re going to be able to pay up for both James Harden & Kawhi Leonard!
