DFS - NBA - FanDuel - Main Slate Lineup - 1/18/20
Saturday, January 18th, 2019 at 7:00 PM
Let’s take a look at today’s FanDuel NBA “Main Slate” lineup that features 9 games and starts at 7:00pm!
Kicking off our lineup tonight, we’re going to be looking at the backcourt of the Portland Trailblazers in their match-up on the road against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Portland is on the 2nd half of a back-to-back and it’s not an ideal match-up, however, it’s hard to fade the Trailblazers tonight as they will be extremely short-handed with CJ McCollum out with an ankle injury and Kent Bazemore getting traded to the Kings earlier today.
For the Trailblazers, we’re going to pay up for Damian Lillard and get some great value with Anfernee Simons who should see plenty of minutes tonight.
Staying in this match-up, I’m big fan of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander tonight as the Trailblazers don’t have anyone that will be able to guard him and we should expect a bump in usage with Danilo Gallinari out tonight.
The Boston Celtics will be without both Kemba Walker & Jaylen Brown tonight, so we’re going to go with a 3-man stack of Celtics in Marcus Smart, Gordon Hayward, & Jayson Tatum in their home match-up against the Phoenix Suns.
We’re paying up for LeBron James in his primetime match-up agianst the Houston Rockets.
At our other PF spot, we’re going with the Kings Marvin Bagley in his match-up agianst the Utah Jazz. The match-up against Utah is a tough one, however, Bagley saw 30 minutes of action in his previous game agianst Dallas and at he has just too much upside with his price at just $5,100.
Rounding out our team, we’re going with Marc Gasol of the Toronto Raptors. Gasol gets a decent match-up agianst a Minnesota team that likes play at a fast pace and as Gasol has looked more like the player of old since returning from injury, I love his value at just $5,000.
