Happy Tuesday!

Let’s take a look at today’s FanDuel NHL “Main Slate” lineup that features 11 games and starts at 7:00pm!

For our NHL lineups tonight, we’re going to be focusing heavily on the Washington Capitals & Tampa Bay Lighting!

The Washington Capitals come into their game with an overall record of 29-9-5 for a league high, 63 points. Washington has been incredible at home, posting a 12-4-4 record and have a great match-up tonight agianst an Ottawa Senators team that has posted just a 5-14-3 record on the road and come into this game ranked just 29th in the NHL in goals allowed/game (3.36).

For the Capitals, we’re going to be going with a 4-man stack of Evgeny Kuznetsov, Alex Ovechkin, Jakub Vrana, and Dmitry Orlov.

Tampa Bay has been on fire as of late, winning their last 7 games, while averaging 4.14 goals/game during that span. Tampa Bay ranked 3rd in the NHL in goals/game (3.56) and although their facing a Vancouver team who is playing their best hockey of the season, you still have to like Tampa Bay to continue their offensive success at home.

For the Lighting, we’re going to go with the duo of Nikita Kucherov & Brayden Point.

For the 2nd consecutive night, we’re going to take the value with Ilya Kovalchuk of the Montreal Canadiens. Kovalchuk was impressive last night in 19 minutes of action (1 A, 4 SOG, 1 BKS) and should hit value again at minimum price in his good match-up agianst the Detroit Red Wings.

At our other defenseman spot, we’re going with the veteran Marc-Edouard Vlasic who is seeing about 20 minutes of ice time per game while averaging about two shots per game over his last four games.

In net, we’re going to go with Carolina’s Petr Mrazek in his home match-up agianst the Philadelphia Flyers.
