DFS - MLB - FanDuel - MLB Lineup - Main Slate - 8/14/2020

As for the weather today, we have a few minor threats with the WAS/BAL, CLE/DET, and PIT/CIN but all though games look at most like they would have a delay if anything.

The one concerning game is the KAN/MIN which have a few storms around as of now and is worth monitoring if you want to go with this game.

We’re going to stack the offense tonight and go with some value on the mound with the rookie, Spencer Howard of the Philadelphia Phillies. Howard is one of the best pitching prospects in the MLB and although he was a bit shaky in his MLB debut agianst the Braves, you could certainly see the upside. Howard posted an incredible 12.0 k/9 ratio throughout his minor league career and as the Phillies did let him throw 81 pitches in his debut, I think he can get us 5-6 innings and possibility a win tonight.

For our offense, we have a 3-man stack of the New York Yankees agianst the Boston Red Sox. The Red Sox have the worst pitching staff in the majors and after seeing Tampa Bay go crazy offensively agianst Boston, I expect the Yankees to do worse. For the Yankees, we’re going with Luke Volt, DJ LeMahieu, and Aaron Hicks.

We are going to get 2-man stacks of each the Texas Rangers and Colorado Rockies tonight in their game at Coors Field.

For the Rangers, we are going to go with Joey Gallo & Shin-Soo Choo.

For the Rockies, we are going with Trevor Story & Charlie Blackmon.

Rounding out the team, we’re going with Jose Ramirez of the Cleveland Indians in his match-up agianst Ian Nova of the Detroit Tigers.
