West Georgia vs Georgia Tech Prediction

I’ll stick with Georgia Tech I suppose, but I’m probably not going near this one. The Yellow Jackets have been playing with fire in a few outings already. The good news is that the team generally closes strongly enough to win, as they did versus Georgia Southern. Georgia Tech put up just 39.3 percent shooting in that one with 18.2 percent (4-of-22) from outside, 20-of-30 (66.7 percent) from the line and a whopping 20 turnovers. That said, the Jackets also had a solid 42-33 edge on the boards and outscored the Eagles 34-22 in the paint. That makes 68 or more points in four straight games for the Yellow Jackets, though they’ve been below 71 points in three of five. There’s a chance that Georgia Tech could play down to their competition in this one—relatively speaking, at least.

Andrew Jett's Pick: Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets -16.5
