I’ll stick with Villanova but you could call this one either way. It’ll be a fun matchup. The Wildcats had a close call versus Wisconsin in their last outing but everything ended up working out in overtime. Villanova shot a tepid 40 percent from the field in that one with 13-of-19 (68.4 percent) from the line and just seven turnovers. The Wildcats have scored 70 or more points in all nine of their wins this year, so getting to that threshold in this one will be crucial.
As for Seton Hall, they put up 45.5 percent shooting with a 31-26 rebounding edge on Providence in their last game. The Pirates weren’t great from the line (17-of-27 for 63 percent) however, and did have 12 turnovers. Seton Hall has 68 or more points in every game now, with 72 or more points in seven straight outings. This one will be a pretty high total if both teams can stay on point.
