Providence vs. Creighton Prediction
I’m on Providence and the points. I’m the farthest thing from the president of the Providence Friars Fan Club, but the thing here is that I feel Creighton is a team that continually gets overvalued because of what the expectation is for this team. I feel like Creighton is supposed to be an elite program year after year, and in Big East play, the Bluejays come back down to earth a bit and find themselves in a lot of competitive positions. This year, Creighton’s three conference wins have come by 4, 1, and 7 points and I think they could be in for another dogfight here. The Bluejays also could potentially be looking ahead slightly to their upcoming date with UConn so Providence could catch Creighton slipping here. Either way, this feels like too many points for me so give me Providence and the points.
