Oklahoma Sooners Betting Preview
Oklahoma was sub-.500 back on February 21, coming off a rough 2-11 stretch over their previous 13 games. The Sooners had beaten only Vanderbilt and Georgia in that time. Wins over Auburn, LSU, Missouri, Texas, South Carolina and Texas A&M came next, then a loss to Arkansas in the conference tournament back on March 13. That gives the Sooners a 19-15 overall run so far.
In the Arkansas matchup during the third game of the SEC Tournament, the Sooners came back out onto the floor in the second half with a 39-37 edge. Oklahoma was outscored 45-40 the rest of the way however, resulting in an 82-79 loss in the end. Nijel Pack led the team on 19 points while both Tae Davis and Derrion Reid had 17 points apiece with a combined nine rebounds.

After a loss to Oklahoma State the Buffaloes are 17-15 this year.

Oklahoma vs Colorado Prediction
I’ll stick with Oklahoma but it’s close. The Sooners’ run through the SEC Tournament ended in heartbreak against a good Arkansas team back on March 13, but they played pretty well in that one. Oklahoma shot 44.6 percent from the field and 85 percent (17-of-20) from the line, adding 33 rebounds, a 46-34 edge on points in the paint and just eight turnovers. Oklahoma had won six straight games prior to that, scoring 80 or more points in all of those.
As for Colorado, they shot well (47.1 percent) from the field in their latest loss to Oklahoma State on March 10 during the Big 12 Tournament. That said, the Buffs also got out-rebounded 44-31, outscored in the paint 40-30 and had just 56.3 percent (9-of-16) from the line. Colorado is just 1-2 in their last three games but they’ve scored 79 or more points in each of those. I could see the Buffaloes being competitive here (especially with the relatively thick line) but still I like Oklahoma slightly better.
