Towson Tigers Betting Preview
Over on the Towson side, they’ve got three games in the bag so far this year. The Tigers were able to topple Loyola MD in their opener, notching a 39-28 second half on the way to a 67-56 win in the end. Topping the scorers in that one was Tyler Tejada with 24 points, four rebounds and three assists, while Dylan Williamson had 14 points and five assists. Game two was a tough, tough matchup versus Houston, and Towson ended up falling 65-48. Jack Doumbia led the way this time with 16 points, seven boards and two assists, while Dylan Williamson had 13 points with three assists in 38 minutes of work during the defeat.
On Tuesday versus Wilson College, the Tigers didn’t have too many issues. Towson was up 50-26 by halftime then scored 51 more points on the way to a 101-62 blowout win. Dylan Williamson led the team on 18 points and three assists in just 16 minutes. Both Chike Ndefo (16 points; 10 rebounds) and Jaiden Cole (17 points; 10 rebounds) managed double-doubles and Ryan Conway chipped in 15 points with two rebounds and two assists in 23 minutes.

Norfolk State vs Towson Prediction
I’ll stick with Towson, but you could make an argument either way. The Tigers cruised right past an overmatched Wilson College in their latest outing, posting 52 percent shooting with 23 team assist, 46 rebounds and a 50-20 advantage on points in the paint. The four missed free throws out of 13 attempts (69.2 percent) were just about the only (minor) area to complain about. Towson has won two of three games now, with the only defeat being against a stellar Houston team. That said, the Tigers have been below 68 points in two of three games total this year. I’d like to see them hit the 70-point mark again in this one.
As for Norfolk State, they shot fairly poorly (37.5 percent) from the field in their loss to Old Dominion. The Spartans did well up front though, posting an advantage on the boards and in the paint. Norfolk State’s offense needs a shot in the arm, as they’re capable of much better.
