Leading the scoring was Pharrel Payne with 21 points and six boards, while Elijah Saunders added 14 points with three rebounds. In their second outing, the Terrapins took a loss versus Georgetown. Why the Maryland Terrapins will win

Mount St. Mary’s vs Maryland Prediction

I’ll stay with Maryland. The Terrapins put up a nice win over Marquette at Fiserv Forum in their last outing, but there’s still plenty to clean up. Maryland shot a stellar 52.7 percent from the field and 85.2 percent (23-of-27) from the line. That said the Terrapins also got out-rebounded 39-31 and had 13 turnovers in the victory. Still, that makes 83 or more points in all three of the Terrapins’ wins. If they can hit that number again in Wednesday’s game Maryland will be in great shape for a potential cover.

Andrew Jett's Pick: Maryland Terrapins -19.5
