I’ll stay with Oklahoma but I’m probably avoiding this one. The line’s too thick to mess with. The Sooners should win handily so the only question is the margin of victory. Oklahoma rolled over Stetson in their last game, shooting 67.8 percent from the field and 50 percent (12-of-24) from outside along with a 37-22 rebounding edge and eight turnovers. The 54 points in the paint were a nice touch as well. The Sooners have won three straight games now, scoring 85 or more in each outing.
Ass for MS Valley State, they shot just 34 percent from the field and a miserable 1-of-9 (11.1 percent) from 3-point range along with a 31-23 rebounding deficit in their latest loss to West Virginia. The Delta Devils haven’t scored well all year; they’ve got fewer than 65 points in five straight. I don’t see MS Valley State getting anywhere close in this one.
