The 32 rebounds, 23 team assists and eight turnovers were a nice touch as well. The Deacons have 68 or more points in every game so far this year and 75 or more in each of their last four wins.
As for Longwood, they didn’t play great against Delaware State in their last outing despite hitting 18-of-20 (90 percent) from the line and 49.1 percent from the field. The 15 turnovers didn’t help, and the Lancers were quite permissive on defense. That gives Longwood 80 or more points allowed in three of the last four games (a 2-2 run). That doesn’t bode well for this matchup.
