Temple Owls Betting Preview
Over on the Temple side, they’ve only got three games in the bag so far. The Owls opened up with a home matchup versus Delaware State on November 5. Temple scored 35 points in the first half and 48 more from there in an 83-65 win. Leading the way was Aiden Tobiason with 23 points and three boards. Gavin Griffiths added 16 points with five rebounds and two assists. In their November 11 game versus La Salle, Temple kept it up with another sizable victory. The Owls were up 42-28 by halftime and cruised to the win 90-63. Derrian Ford led the team this time with 22 points, five rebounds and four assists. Aiden Tobiason added 16 points with six rebounds and Jordan Mason had 14 points with five assists and four rebounds.

Hofstra vs Temple Prediction
I’ll probably stick with Temple. The Owls didn’t shoot very well in their loss to Boston College, notching 34.3 percent from the field, 22.7 percent (5-of-22) from outside and 20-of-27 (74.1 percent) from the line. Temple was also outgunned on the boards 37-33, but only committed five turnovers in a disciplined game. The Owls have 71 or more points in all three games so far though, so if they can reach that threshold in this one they’ll be in good shape. Hofstra has been uneven so far and should be in Temple’s wheelhouse.
