I’ll stick with Hawaii. The Warriors need a good bounce-back effort here after a tough overtime loss on the road to UC Irvine, though. Hawaii hit just 33.3 percent from the field in that one and had a 54-20 deficit in the paint alongside a 49-35 disadvantage on the boards. The 15 turnovers didn’t help either. The Warriors are 2-2 in their last four games, giving up 68 or more points in all of those outings.
As for Long Beach State, they shot just 20 percent (3-of-15) from outside and 60 percent (12-of-20) from the line in their latest loss to UC Riverside while posting 16 turnovers along the way. The Beach have lost three straight games now, giving up 71 or more points in all of those. I like Hawaii to power this one out if they can cross that 70-point mark and get their offense going again.
