Gonzaga Bulldogs Betting Preview

The Bulldogs opened up the 2025-26 campaign versus Texas Southern at home. Gonzaga didn’t have much issue in that matchup, turning a 46-27 halftime lead into a 98-43 blowout win after a 52-16 run from there. Leading the way was Tyon Grant-Foster with 15 points and five rebounds, while Braden Huff added 14 points and five rebounds. Graham Ike doubled up in the win with 13 points, 11 rebounds and four assists in 22 minutes of work on the court. Game two went well for Gonzaga also; they took care of Oklahoma 83-68 on Saturday following a 49-30 advantage in the first half. The Bulldogs were led by Graham Ike in that one with 19 points, 11 rebounds and four assists in 26 minutes. Tyon Grant-Foster chipped in 14 points with seven boards, and Jalen Warley added 13 points and eight rebounds. Braden Huff had 13 points as well, with nine rebounds in 25 minutes during the winning effort.

Gonzaga was able to keep it going against Creighton in game three. The Bulldogs were up by six points at the half, then closed on a nice 46-25 run for a decisive win 90-63. Graham Ike doubled up on 20 points with 10 boards, and Braden Huff had 14 points. Mario Saint-Supery managed 13 points, three assists and four rebounds in 18 minutes during the win as well.

Arizona State Sun Devils Betting Preview

Over on the Arizona State side, they opened the season with a matchup versus Southern Utah. After a 12-point advantage in the first half, the Sun Devils closed on a 41-36 run for an 81-64 win. Leading the team in scoring was Anthony Johnson with 17 points, four rebounds and three assists. Massamba Diop added 14 points and five rebounds while both Bryce Ford (three rebounds) and Allen David Mukeba (six rebounds) each ha 11 points and one assist.

The Sun Devils only have two games in the books so far; the second came Sunday versus Utah Tech. That matchup was pretty easy as well; Arizona State turned a 39-25 halftime edge into an 81-66 win in the end. Massamba Diop led the team with 18 points and six boards this time, while Moe Odum had 14 points, six rebounds and six assists. Santiago Trouet managed a double-double with 13 points, 10 rebounds and three assists in 27 minutes during the win.

Gonzaga vs Arizona State Prediction

I’m staying with the Bulldogs. Gonzaga has three solid wins in the books so far this season, with the most impressive so far coming in their most recent outing versus Creighton. The Bulldogs shot a nice 52.9 percent from the field in that one with a 38-32 rebounding edge and 19 team assists alongside just seven turnovers. The most impressive stat, however, was the 48-20 advantage on points in the paint. It was a strong effort all around for Gonzaga, and made a very good Creighton team look average. The Bulldogs have scored 83 or more points in each outing so far this year, which is a nice sign for their offensive capabilities moving forward. So long as Gonzaga doesn’t look past these next two games to the looming matchup with Alabama on November 24, they’ll be fine.

Andrew Jett's Pick: Gonzaga Bulldogs -12
