Denver did give up 60 percent shooting on the other side though, and got out-rebounded 28-26 along the way. the Pioneers have 70 or more points in seven of their eight games so far this year, but they’re also giving up a lot on defense.
As for Idaho State, they shot 46 percent from the field with a 37-27 rebounding advantage against a one-win Kansas City team in their last matchup. The Bengals had a 38-30 edge in the paint but did cough up 12 of the game’s 25 total turnovers. Still, Idaho State is 3-1 in their last four games and should match up pretty well in this one.
