I’ll probably just stick with Oregon State. Oregon State had a 54-40 rebounding advantage and held the overmatched Wildcats to just 30 percent shooting from the field. If the Beavers can come out with another nice defensive performance at home in game two, they’ll be just fine.

As for Cal Baptist, they never could quite find their groove in their opener loss to North Florida. DeShawn Gory added 17 points with six rebounds and three turnovers as well, and Chris Johnson topped the bench players on 13 points and seven boards for the Beavers.
