Akron was out-rebounded 34-28 but also benefitted with 17 points from 13 Omaha turnovers. The Zips have 68 or more points in every game so far this year, which bodes well for Sunday’s matchup.
As for Alabama State, they hit 49.1 percent from the field versus Lamar but also got out-rebounded 36-28. The Hornets have 77 or more points in four of five games this year, so I expect a high total. It’ll be a fun one to watch.
