The Bulldogs lost their first two games of the season versus Alabama and Ohio, then got wins over North Florida and Southeast Missouri State to get back to .500 overall. Game five was another loss, however, this time to Central Arkansas.
Matched up against the Bears last Sunday, the Bulldogs came back from a 38-30 halftime deficit to force a pair of overtime periods before an eventual loss of 92-83. Fletcher Abee led the team with 27 points, while Toyaz Solomon doubled on 15 points and 15 boards.

Over on the Tennessee State side, they beat Fisk in game one before losses to Colorado State, Wyoming, and Howard. The Tigers have since beaten Alabama A&M and East-West before losses to Chattanooga and Bryant.

This one’s looking like a high total if UNC Asheville can follow along.
Speaking of the Bulldogs, they’ve hit 72 or more points in four straight games and given up 75 or more points in three of those. Ultimately I like Tennessee State’s offense a little better right now so I think they’re more prone to dictating the pace. You could obviously make a case either way, though.
