UConn vs Iowa prediction
Iowa is going to get the edge from oddsmakers as they've been the more consistent team, they're deeper, and they just beat the defending champs in LSU. UConn is banged up and playing a very limited roster. Against USC, three of UConn's five starters played every second of the game. UConn should be the underdog. With that said, UConn has had days off to rest and Geno Auriemma has had time to game plan on how he's going to defend Clark and the Hawkeyes. As I said in my previous UConn write up, I like the Huskies because of the experience that Auriemma and his coaching staff have. As we get into the business end of the tournament, having a coach who has been there, done that a million times matters. Also, while Clark gets all of the attention, Bueckers is just as good. This has a chance to be one of the best games of the tournament. Give me UConn and the free bucket.
Randy’s Pick UConn +2.5
