Jalyn McCreary leads Mercer in scoring and rebounding with 15.8 PPG and 4.7 RPG while David Thomas has 10.3 PPG with a team-high 2.3 APG to lead the Bears in assists as the only other double-digit scorer for Mercer so far this season. The Citadel vs. Mercer Prediction
I’m on Mercer here. The Citadel continues to have defensive issues that have plagued this team all year long and I don’t expect them to suddenly disappear in time for the conference tournament. Mercer’s far from a world-beater, but the Citadel barely won the first meeting before Mercer crushed the Bulldogs in the revenge spot and I think Mercer gets the final laugh here. Give me the Bears laying the points.
