I’m leaning towards Tulsa here. It’s a huge number to lay, but South Carolina State is in fact one of the worst teams in college basketball, and Tulsa if nothing else, has a fantastic defense that I don’t think the Bulldogs will be able to crack. I honestly think if Tulsa scores 70 points, they win this game by 20+. Give me the Golden Hurricane in this one.
