Randy’s Pick
Neither team was great in yesterday's effort, and there could be some tired legs in this contest as well, which makes things worse. With that said, the San Jose State Spartans have been the more impressive team up to this point, and that includes giving Texas Tech a competitive contest. The Norfolk State Spartans have seen just one of their wins come against a division 1 team, and their offense was awful in yesterday's effort. Give me San Jose State and whatever the line is.
Randy’s Pick San Jose State Spartans ATS
