Disappointing Start for Wright State
Wright State comes into this game with an 0-2 record and in the last game they had a chance to secure a big victory over Toledo, but they couldn’t make the big play late. Wright State scored 77 points, but the defense gave up 78 points. Guard Trey Calvin was the top player for the Raiders putting up 22 points and four rebounds. There were four different players that finished with at least 10 points. In this game, Wright State is going to need the defense to step up and really put the pressure on the Indiana offense.
Indiana Hasn’t been Dominant
Indiana has won their first two games of the season, but neither of the two games they were exactly dominant. In the first game they only beat Florida Gulf Coast by six points and in the last game they beat Army by only eight points. A win is a win, but there have to be some concerns that the wins weren’t more dominant. Against Army, Indiana did shoot 58.1 percent from the field and 36.4 percent from behind the three point line. Kel'el Ware had a strong game putting up 20 points, six rebounds, and one assist.

Indiana hasn’t been blowing out teams and Wright State in the last game was competitive. Wright State scored 77 points and I expect they are going to have no issue running up the score again here. It probably won’t be enough to win the game, but it’s going to keep them within striking distance. This will be a higher scoring game, and it will be Wright State that covers the spread.
