UMKC vs Baylor Prediction - College Basketball Picks 11/14/23

The UMKC Kangaroos and Baylor Bears face off on Tuesday in a college basketball showdown at the Ferrell Center. 

Can UMKC be Competitive? 

UMKC comes into this game with a 2-0 record but they really haven’t played anyone at this point. In the last game against Saint Mary’s Kansas UMKC scored 95 points, but even more impressive was the defense giving up 42 points. IN the first half they scored 57 points and they never looked back on the way to the victory. UMKC was led by Jamar Brown and he finished with 18 points, four rebounds, and two assists. There were four different players that finished with at least 10 points. 

Baylor Looks for Dominant Win 

Anything less than a dominant win for Baylor in this game should be considered a major disappointment. Baylor already has a six point win over Auburn and in the last game against Gardner Webb they won 77-62. At halftime they were up six, and they pulled away in the second half. Baylor shot 44.8 percent from the field but they didn’t hit a three pointer and that will need to be better here. Ja’Kobe Walter was the top player for Baylor putting up 14 points and eight rebounds.
