Arkansas Offense Has Impressed

Arkansas comes into this game with a 2-0 record and the offense sure has been impressive heading into this game. In the first game against Alcorn State, Arkansas State scored 93 points and in the last game against Arkansas they were able to secure the 86-68 victory. In the last game Arkansas scored 46 points in the first half, and they never looked back on the way to the victory. Khalif Battle had a strong game for Arkansas putting up 21 points, four rebounds, and one assist. In this game, Arkansas is going to push the pace in hopes to put the pressure on Old Dominion. 

Old Dominion Looks to Bounce Back

In the first game Old Dominion dominated Virginia Wesleyan but in the last game against Ball State it wasn’t the same story. Old Dominion scored 68 points, but the defense gave up 73 points and that led to the defeat. Old Dominion’s defense gave up 38 points in the first half and they couldn't bounce back. Chaunce Jenkins was the top player for the Monarchs, putting up 20 points and six rebounds. There were three different players that finished with at least 11 points. In this game, it’s going to need to be the defense that steps up in a big way and really puts the pressure on the Arkansas offense.
