Eastern Washington vs Cincinnati Prediction - College Basketball Picks 11/12/23

The Eastern Washington Eagles and Cincinnati Bearcats face off on Sunday in a college basketball showdown at Fifth Third Arena. 

Another Tough Matchup for Eastern Washington

Eastern Washington has faced off against two tough opponents to start the season, and it’s not going to get any easier in this game. In the first game against Utah, Eastern Washington was defeated 101-66 and in the last game against Ole Miss, they were defeated 75-64. Against Ole Miss, at halftime they were down by two points, but in the second half the defense broke down and they ended up losing by 11 points. Cedric Coward did have a strong game putting up 16 points, six rebounds, and one assist. In this game the defense is going to need to step up in a big way. 

Cincinnati Offense Looks to Build off Last Game

Cincinnati comes into this game with a 2-0 record and in the last game the offense was dominant. The Bearcats offense 93 points against the Detroit Mercy and that was the difference as they were able to win in blowout fashion. The Bearcats used a balanced attack and there six different players that finished with at least 10 points. CJ Fredrick only played 19 minutes but he finished with 14 points. In this game, I would expect Cincinnati is going to try and run up the score and really put the pressure on the Eastern Washington defense.
